100% recommend, best car dealer in town.My car broke down after school in November while I had my little boy with me. Even though I had already called my breakdown cover, the team at Ezat Car Sales came out within 10 minutes to help!It was freezing cold, and I was incredibly grateful that I didn’t have to wait for hours with my child in the car in the cold. The problem was sorted quickly and professionally.Amazing service and genuinely kind people. They really care about their business and will go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended.

My older BMW needed to be traded in for something newer and saw a car advertised by this company that looked suitable. I turned up without an appointment but was helped by Ali and went for a test drive. He went through all the details of the car and also the 6 months warranty included. We agreed a price and also a trade in for my old car and 24 hours later I drove away in a new car. Very friendly and helpful service, highly recommended

By far the worst car I’ve ever brought. You wold be a dangerous car. All the back axel was glued together and my wheels were sitting at a 45 degree angle. I have reported you to auto trader and you didn’t even offer me a warranty on the car even though on your site it says 6 months. Totally disappointed in you and had to scrap the cat

I bought a car from Ezat back just before Christmas. When I saw the car I thought it had xenon headlights, I asked are these xenon, he siad yeah, they're xenon. After starting the car I noticed they are standard halogen, he just said what I whatever I wanted to hear. Just before starting the car I noticed there was a low battery warning on the dash, he said it's just the battery in the key fob. I'm already thinking dodgy car dealer. Anyway, I drove the car, it seemed to drive ok. It had cracked fabric on the seats and scuffs on the body work, but this was reflected in the price as it was lower than book price from a dealer( a good dealer that should be). I bought the car but when I got home I noticed the door mirror didn't work and the wind would push it in towards the car as it was broken. Also, the load cover tab on one side was broken so I couldn't use the cover as I have valuable tools I would have in the back. I called about this, also the fact he said it was 'fresh serviced'. I asked for compensation for the mirror and load cover (£100 each from ebay) , he told me I should have noticed these things when I bought it and what do you expect from a car that is 12 years old? I said at least send me a receipt to prove it was serviced. He emailed me it over , it was dated 3 years an 17,000miles ago! I said by law I want my money back. he refused. He then said he will take the car back but he will refund me minus £600 for valeting! Also, he would deduct for any damage incurred by me. Now knowing what sort of person he is, he'll probably acuse me of damage that was present before I bought the car, so he would deduct for fictitional damage as well. I asked for some compensation or he can take the car back. He did eventually agree to £150 compensation when I asked for £300. I said I wouldn't then give him negative feedback , which is all he was worried about. So I had to get another mirror £110 , load cover £100, I'll probably have to get another battery before winter. I did agree to not giving him negative feedback based on this. But a few days after buying the car I noticed a squeaking from the rear, I then found out it was a suspension bush. A mechanic told me it was quite badly worn and someone knew that and had covered it in spray grease to stop the squeak but wouldn't help with the wear which was quite dangerous as it could move 2-3cm. I had to change this at £200 So, with Ezat knowing this I feel it's right that I give honest feedback so others know what he's like. It's taken me a long time to write this review as I've been ill and don't drive the car much and only recently changed the suspension bush. it looks like most of his cars he sells are ok, which is testament only to the cars he sells but not him as a dealer. So chances are you might get a good car from him, but if you don't then be prepared for a major headache with getting him to play fair. I would suggest an independent inspection before parting with your money for a car from him. I know he's going to discount my feedback with some elaborate lies saying look at all me negative feedback etc., to cover his deceit. Just try to read between the lines. I wouldn't have written this if I had paid a fair price for a reasonable car.
